Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ (/ˈmɑkə/ /ˈdu̹ve/ [nature; essence] [stick; bat (club)]) is a subtropical City located in the Lo Karû Principality of the Lallalo.
The name Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ is derived from the Goblin language, as Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ was founded by Shelî, who was culturaly Rattu.
Climate
Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ has a yearly average temperature of 6°C (42°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 24°C (75°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a hot -12°C (11°F). Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ receives an average of 220 cm/y (86 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ covers an area of nearly 39 km2 (15 mi2), and an average elevation of 5444 m (17860 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1110, by Shelî. The establishment of Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Mâkà Du̹ve Kâchyâ is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of crampt flagstone streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that.
